I further understand that the responsibility for verifying to my satisfaction with every and all aspects of a Skratchtrack.com web subscription and website use rests entirely with me.
- I understand that the responsibility of specific reading development or education for users of a skratchtrack.com account, or indeed any education, ultimately rests with me. - I understand my subscription to www.skratchtrack.com is for a minimum of 12 Months. At the end of that term, you may choose to not renew your subscription. Skratch Publishing Inc. may cancel your subscription at any time at its sole discretion without notice.
- I understand that by using any of the Skratch Publishing's web services or products, I hereby release Skratch Publishing Inc., and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, predecessors, heirs, successors, administrators, assigns or related companies, wholly or in part, directly or indirectly, of and from all actions, claims and demands of every nature and kind whatsoever, including negligence, which I have had, now have or can, shall or may have for or by reason of any case, matter or thing whatsoever existing up to the date of this document and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, of and from all actions, causes of action, claims and demands arising out of or in any law related to or connected with the description, offering, financing, purchase and/or sale of any specific property. This is a complete and absolute release.
